I always wanted to teach about periods in a positive way to young girls as apposed to how I had learnt (which was hardly anything positive).

Even though being in a girls school I was not aware about what changes puberty could bring to our body. Was looked down upon in home and at school for asking questions about periods,

childbirth and anything related to a woman's/girl's body.Menstrupedia was my ultimate choice to associate with, to help my own daughter and other young girls and boys to learn about puberty, body safety and much much more.
