Aditi Gupta is an alumnus of the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, and has been a menstrual educator for the past 12 years now. Having been at the receiving end of period-related stigmas while growing up, she has a deep understanding of the discomfort people face when conversing about the topic. As a result, she has been committed to addressing menstrual myths and taboos through Menstrupedia, an initiative that she is a co-founder of, and that uses comic books and relatable media to de-stigmatize menstruation.

Aditi is a Forbes India 30 Under 30 achiever, she was named one of the BBC's 100 most influential women in 2015 and is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She has been invited to share the model of her work in the field of menstrual health and awareness in seven countries. She also spoke on the Breaking Taboo Panel at the Thomson Reuters Foundation Trust Women Conference London.
Business Today felicitated her with BT's Most Powerful Women Impact Awards for working to bring a change in society.

Aditi offers a Menstrual Educator Certification Program. where she trains Menstrual Educators and Change Makers to conduct impactful MHM workshops.
She dreams of a future where menstruation is not considered to be a taboo but a welcome change in young girls’ lives. Until then, she continues to contribute and innovate in the high-need areas of reproductive health education, adolescent lessons, relevant life lessons, and more.
